More than half of our turnover is sourced from our suppliers; hence we treat our suppliers as business partners who contribute substantially to the competitiveness, added value, quality, and innovative strength of our company.

We want to collaborate with competitive and reliable suppliers, which not only provide us with high quality raw materials, components, products, and services but also share our aspirations to make our supply chain more sustainable and resilient.

HUBER+SUHNER regards sustainability, or corporate responsibility as we call it, an integral part of our business and we have committed ourselves to running our business in an environmentally and socially responsible manner according to the HUBER+SUHNER Code of responsible business conduct.

Our suppliers have a significant influence on the achievement of our sustainability targets and are therefore important business partners to improve the environmental and social aspects of our business activities.

The HUBER+SUHNER supplier code of conduct highlights important standards that are consistent with our H+S corporate responsibility principles and which we expect each supplier to strictly adhere to. Acknowledgement of and explicit agreement to the Supplier Code of Conduct is a prerequisite for a business relationship with us. 

In addition, we also ask all our new and at-risk production material suppliers to onboard on the sustainability platform IntegrityNext where a set of key questionnaires has to be completed.
