The Minibend® portfolio of highly-engineered, qualified COTS flexible cable assemblies are designed as direct replacements for semi-rigid assemblies for use in extremely low profile point-to-point interconnections where packaging density and harsh environment reliability are paramount. Our proprietary solderless connector termination process eliminates the mechanical and spatial demand for strain relief and deletes the most common failure mode -- the soldered outer conductor -- from the coaxial cable assembly entirely. As a result, Minibend(R) customers enjoy the industry's smallest bend radius and highest MTBF rating, with qualified off-the-shelf assemblies available in standard lengths and configurations. HUBER+SUHNER's proprietary cable dielectric manufacturing technology enables incredibly phase-stable microwave signal transmission over wide temperature profiles. This technology is found in our broad 'Constant over Temperature' ('CT') portfolio of flexible, hand-formable, and semi-rigid microwave cables enabling phase-stable transmission up to and including V-band applications. The CT portfolio is available as qualified COTS cable assemblies supporting an extensive list of Aerospace and Defense qualified interfaces. For applications up to and including C-band, HUBER+SUHNER's portfolio of in-house designed and manufactured foamed dielectric cables includes SUCOFEED (corrugated) and SPUMA (flexible) phase-stable offerings.
