HUBER+SUHNER's proprietary cable dielectric manufacturing technology enables incredibly phase-stable microwave signal transmission over wide temperature profiles. This technology is found in our broad 'Constant over Temperature' ('CT') portfolio of flexible, hand-formable, and semi-rigid microwave cables enabling phase-stable transmission up to and including V-band applications. The CT portfolio is available as qualified COTS cable assemblies supporting an extensive list of Aerospace and Defense qualified interfaces. For applications up to and including C-band, HUBER+SUHNER's portfolio of in-house designed and manufactured foamed dielectric cables includes SUCOFEED (corrugated) and SPUMA (flexible) phase-stable offerings. HUBER+SUHNER specializes in the design and manufacture of fully customized mm-wave products using metallized injection molded parts. Our products have been space qualified and have been firmly established in the automotive industry for driver assistance systems (77GHz Radars) and in mobile backhaul (V/E band). Metallized polymer antennas provide a lightweight, low-loss, and cost-effective solution for UAS, vehicle, and airborne applications where 360° close-range situational awareness is critical.
